La Panella Bakery

I recently visited La Panella vegan Bakery in Preston and was blown away by their amazing vegan pies and sausage rolls. They also offer delicious Vietnamese rolls, all at very reasonable prices. The frozen pies, sausage rolls, and pasties can be taken home to enjoy later, just bring an esky to keep them fresh. The staff were friendly and customer-focused, although I would appreciate more gluten-free vegan options, especially for the pies and sausage rolls. I had heard great things about this bakery from my vegan friends, and it definitely did not disappoint. The competitive prices and range of products in store are impressive, and the quality of the food is outstanding. The bakery is unpretentious and has a homely feel that takes me back to small town country bakeries. I highly recommend trying the custard treats, which are generous in size and flavor. I also tried the mushroom pie, which was small but packed with delicious flavor. Overall, La Panella is easily the best vegan bakery in Melbourne, and I can't wait to go back and try more of their delectable treats!
