Founded in 2019 by Morgane and Patrick, a father and daughter duo who share a passion for veganism, epicurean delights, and ecological sustainability, Mopa has swiftly established itself as a prominent player in the Parisian vegan culinary landscape.

At Mopa, their concept is simple yet compelling: they specialize in vegetable street food crafted from carefully sourced, organic, and/or locally grown seasonal produce. They take pride in offering a menu that reflects their commitment to both exceptional taste and ecological values. Please note that, in line with their dedication to sustainability, they do not serve tomatoes in winter at Mopa to ensure the use of fresh, local ingredients.
