Vegan Sri Lankan Lentil Curry Recipe

  3. Add the chopped onion, garlic, ginger, and green chillies. Fry until the onions are translucent.
  4. Add turmeric powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, and chilli powder. Fry for a minute until fragrant.
