- 2 frozen bananas
- 150ml plant milk (organic oat, almond, cashew, macadamia, soy or coconut)
- few drops of vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp organic raw cacao powder (you can add another ½ if you like it dark brown)
- 2 tbsp organic coconut sugar or 1-2 Organic de-seeded Medjool dates (to taste)
- ¼ tsp ground nutmeg (to satisfy your taste buds)
- ½ tsp ground true Ceylon cinnamon
(If you like your sweet smoothie, you can add an extra Medjool date or a little more coconut sugar).
